Ysabel Gray is a young ceramic artist that has been working on her craft for over 10 years. As a recent graduate from CSULB as a Ceramic Major she has sold her work at many different events and has been included in many collections, and shows. She currently works as a swim instructor but actively pursues the continuation of her art.
Her work is inspired by the culture of her home in Southern California. This includes street art, surfing, and snowboarding. She is also inspired by ancient pattern making traditionally used on ceramics, and uses it to transend into contemporary graphic language.
